The Public Service and Human Resources Development Bureau of the Central Ethiopia Region is working to change the civil service system of the region by building a free, independent and efficient civil service that ensures the satisfaction of the users by working on the principles of good governance.
The office is expected to continuously adapt the civil service system in line with the new generation civil service policy and the national civil service reform and implement it in the region, freeing the civil service system from the problems that have plagued it for centuries and performing activities that will change the sector.
Therefore, the office prioritized the establishment of an efficient organization of institutions and a performance evaluation system, strengthening the implementation of good governance principles, compiling and making available reliable current manpower statistical information, increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource laws, increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of institutions at all levels, and implementing a performance management system. They will be the tasks he does. In addition to this, it is required to establish a modern system to provide efficient and effective service by implementing service delivery reforms.
The change leadership system will be the work that will be prioritized in order to ensure the continuity of the civil service system of the region by aligning it with the current reality of the region.
It is clear that the participation and work of all of us is important for the change of our region and the change of the civil service system as a sector. Therefore, I call on us to contribute to change the civil service system by creating unity of thought and action.
