CEMESOB- One-stop service
As global realities show, human daily life activities are increasingly intertwined with digital technology. Digital technology has facilitated the situation where citizens can easily and conveniently access services from anywhere without much hassle.
Therefore, the Mesob One Center Service is an initiative of Honorable Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) that has been launched with special attention at the national level to achieve Digital Ethiopia 2030 and provide seamless services. Taking the experience of the Mesob One Center Service built at the federal level, a Mesob One Center Service Facility, which is a model in our region, was built in Hosanna City and inaugurated by our regional President, Honorable Endashaw Tasew (Dr.) on September 15, 2018.
The word Mesob is English and is called MESOB (Modern Ethiopia Services for Organized Benefits) One Center Service. The center is considered an indicator of Ethiopia's prosperity and is a demonstration of its power. One-stop service is a process of bringing together various government services from different institutions and providing them through technology. Therefore, the center's service delivery eliminates many of the hassles and inconveniences faced by users; saves costs and time, and prevents corruption and theft.

1. Trade and Market Development Bureau: - New business license, new business registration, business license renewal, business registration amendment, business license amendment, business registration replacement, business license replacement, return license, a total of 8 services;
2. Revenue Bureau: Taxpayer Identification Number
3. Justice Bureau: Power of Attorney Verification, Power of Attorney Revocation/Abandonment Verification, Verification of Copy of Document with Original, Verification of Translation Document, Verification of Consent Certificate Document, Verification of Affidavit Document, Registration of Foreign Document, Total 7 Services;
4. Telecommunication: - Tele Birr Service
5. Commercial Bank: - Account Withdrawal, CBE Birr, 2 services in total
6. National ID: - National ID Service
7. Ethiopia Post: - Postal Service, National ID Service, 2 services in total
8. Immigration and Citizenship Service: - Emergency Passport Renewal Service within 5 days, Emergency Replacement Passport Service for damaged and incorrect passports, Emergency Replacement Passport Service for lost and stolen passports, Renewal of expired passports, 4 services in total
In total, 27 services of 8 institutions are being provided with the help of technology at the center, and in addition, services that are popular with users, those that have customer complaints, those provided at the regional center, and those that can be provided through technology are being identified and transferred to the center. They are under construction. Therefore, we assure you that customers can come to the center and get efficient services. Excellence in human-centered service!!
